Refund Eligibility
While home inspections are service-based and non-returnable, we offer a satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions:
- You must request a refund within 7 calendar days of your inspection date.
- Your concern must relate to the quality or completeness of the inspection service.
- You must provide a clear explanation of your issue so we can review it thoroughly.
All refund requests are reviewed by our lead inspector, and you will receive a response within 3 business days.
Exclusions
The following items do not qualify for a refund:
- Disagreements about the property’s condition or defects noted in the report.
- Missed items that fall outside the InterNACHI Standards of Practice.
- Refund requests made more than 7 days after your inspection.
- Add-on services such as:
- Radon testing
- Sewer scope inspections
- Termite inspections
- Re-inspections or follow-up appointments
