How will I receive the inspection report?

It will be emailed to you.

On rare occasion, an inspector will hand write their report, but 99% deliver them electronically either as a pdf attachment or HTML report.

Don’t have an email? You can for the inspection or give us the email of someone you trust. If that’s not an option, your real estate agent can print it out for you. As a last resort, your inspector can print it out for you.
